But don’t get cute here; the keywords need to be natural, and not just shoved in. And Google frowns upon keyword stuffing. Using a keyword three times per article should be sufficient, as long as they are naturally written.

Be careful with anchor text
One of the things you learn when it comes to SEO is that change is a constant. It used to be that people would link to specific phrases as part of their anchor text, and that was a great idea. These days, doing so is frowned upon. 

Instead, you are now supposed to link to phrases like “click here” or “go here” – phrases that you were not supposed to use to link to other web sites. That is because some sites abused the anchor text to have particular linked phrases ranked highly. Another thing you can do for SEO is to link to the name of your particular site; that is still acceptable, as long as the link goes to the site.
